This paper is about a systematic study and utilization flag handling using Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods to ponder the human mental reactions to the urban condition. In this work a successful attempt is made to study various statistic foundations and parameters for urban conditions for human behaviour. An investigation on the natural highlights, for example, differing sound dimension, illuminance, field of view is made and models related to them are studied. The human physiological reactions influenced by the change in ecological conditions is predicted using AI methods. The Open MORDM programming structure and its usage is depicted. Strong comparison analysis of various AI techniques with their pros and cons are found and listed for further effective usage. The paper also finds both Subjective and quantitative outcomes with their limitations for the exisiting AI methods used to predict human behaviour. Finally the existing methods and their frame work is listed with comparisions for their effective usage.
