Abstract
Data dictionary is one of the most important data catalogue for any perspective. In order to support the software systems, the design of data dictionary must be user friendly. Data dictionary is the complete information about data. In spite of the existing extensive use of definition, if used in isolation, dictionary is too fine grained to quantify comprehensively an investigated aspect of the data catalogue. This paper analyzed to part, significance and role of data dictionary.
