Abstract

Construction planning is a fundamental and challenging activity in the management and execution of construction projects. It involves the choice of technology. Majority of planning and scheduling techniques are based on the logic of the construction process. The inappropriate scheduling method can easily result in failure to achieve project goals. The construction planning objective is to minimize total construction cost, while respecting the time and resource constraint of a project. It is important to understand different construction technique and their efficiency for different construction project
