Abstract

In the 21st arena, with the rapid development in technology, it has enhanced and expanded the horizons of opportunities to ally, bridging digital divide and provide platform for universal accessibility. There are a lot of possibilities to improve the quality of education by providing facilities for interacting and connecting to the world using Information and Communication Technology. It has tremendous impact to reconstruct and redesign the model of learning and teaching paradigm.

There are many indicators based on which quality of higher education is evaluated by different regulatory of National and International bodies. So, there is need to address these indicators and probably improve and cope up with the future demand of resources with the help of ICT. It is matter of concern because of disposal problem of junk devices over time which can pollute environment in long run and can cause heath hazardous issues. The possible solutions of the different issues are reviewed and outlined in this paper.
