Abstract

Road accidents are one of the most important factor for the untimely deaths of human beings. What specifically cause road accidents is debatable but there is an agreement on some of the reasons like excess number of vehicles on the roads and not following the traffic rules. The way the accidents rate are increasing have forced the stakeholders to think for the safety measures.
