Abstract

A new series of (3-(5-(quinoxalin-2-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl) based phenyl aniline derivatives 6(A-L) are synthesized via preparation of hydrazide using hydrazine hydrate followed by formation of 1,3,4 oxadiazole using POCl3.The Final compound was synthesized via buchwald reaction. The final compounds were Analyzed by Spectroscopic Methods such as FT-IR, 1HNMR, LCMS and Mass Spectrometry as well as melting point measurement. All synthesized compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity against staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus megaterium, Escherichia coli & Proteus vulgaris.
