According to this paper show some improvement of factory automation system problem by using programmable logic controller which is one of the best ways of solution in worldwide nowadays. This device is appropriate for superintend and examine industrial processes and may be applicable in multiple domains from factory automation industry and home automation control applications to industrial instruments, remote sensors and security devices. Many manufacture company using programmable logic controller rather than micro-controller because it has many advantages and also a multipurpose device. In this paper we will discuss some industrial problem optimized by automation system that means by Siemens plc version 5.5 S7300. And the issue is like, M.t.t.r(Mean time to repair), M.t.b.f(Mean time between failure), F.I.S(Factory information system) etc. Few years ago we worked with relays and coils that is the basic need of electrical. Since human intervention is more and errors become more but after some time with help of microcontroller and microprocessor we can also work with programmable logic controller with its own languages like ladder logic, standard structure etc. Here we are discussing Siemens plc and with the help of plc we can increased accuracy, perfection and efficiency.
