Abstract

This paper explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed digital advertising by enhancing customer experience (CX) through personalization, predictive analytics, and real-time interaction. Drawing on recent academic literature and empirical studies, this research demonstrates that AI-driven digital advertising significantly improves customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty while also presenting ethical challenges related to privacy and transparency.
