Abstract

The Nanoparticles of titanium oxide, carbides, nitrides and carbonitrides can be used as coating material in order to enhance the surface properties of the substrate such as to obtain the required strength, hardness, corrosion and wear resistance. This paper reviews the applications of nanoparticle coating in Aerospace, Medical and Manufacturing field.
