📑 Publishing Agreement
Authors will be asked to complete a publishing agreement after acceptance. The corresponding author will receive a link to the online agreement by email. The agreement covers copyright, licensing, and the terms under which your article will be made available to readers.
We advise you to read IJTIMES's policies related to copyright to learn more about our copyright policies and your rights, as well as those of your employer or institution, for subscription and open access articles.
✍ Copyright Transfer
Upon acceptance of an article, the corresponding author must submit a signed Copyright Transfer Agreement to IJTIMES, with written consent from all co-authors. This agreement transfers the copyright of the manuscript to IJTIMES while granting the author(s) certain retained rights.
Authors retain the right to:
- Use the article for teaching purposes at their institution.
- Include the article in a thesis or dissertation.
- Post the accepted manuscript (post-print) in an institutional or personal repository after publication, with a link to the published version.
- Share the published article with colleagues for non-commercial research and educational purposes.
Please upload your signed copyright form via the document submission portal.
🔓 License Options
Authors publishing open access articles will be offered Creative Commons user license options which determine how you, and third parties, can reuse your published article. We advise that you review these options and any funding body license requirements before selecting a license. See our Open Access Licences page for full details.
🔐 Open Access
IJTIMES is a fully open access journal. All published articles are immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, and share under the applicable Creative Commons license. There are no subscription barriers for readers.
For further information about open access publishing with IJTIMES, please refer to our Open Access Licences page or contact the editorial office at editor.ijtimes@gmail.com.
🚫 Permission for Copyrighted Works
If excerpts from other copyrighted works — such as figures, tables, or lengthy text passages — are included in your article, you must:
- Obtain written permission from the copyright owner(s) before submission.
- Credit the original source clearly within your article, including the title, author(s), publication, publisher, and year.
- Include a copy of the permission letter when uploading your manuscript documents.
It is the author's sole responsibility to secure any required permissions prior to publication. IJTIMES accepts no liability for any copyright infringement arising from the use of third-party material without proper authorisation.
🔍 Proof Correction
To ensure a fast publication process, the corresponding author will be sent a proof of the article by email for review. Authors are requested to provide proof corrections within 48 hours of receipt.
The purpose of the proof is to check the typesetting, editing, completeness, and correctness of your article — including the text, tables, and figures. Authors should:
- Check that all text, data, figures, and references are accurate and complete.
- Verify that author names, affiliations, and the corresponding author's contact details are correct.
- Return clearly annotated corrections to the editorial office by email.
Significant changes to the article content at the proofing stage will only be considered with prior approval of the journal Editor. Corrections should be limited to typographic errors and factual inaccuracies.
🤝 Responsible Sharing
IJTIMES encourages authors to share and promote their published articles to give additional visibility to their work and to contribute to the wider scientific community.
Authors of open access articles may:
- Share the final published version (Version of Record) freely via email, personal websites, institutional repositories, or social media, using the article's DOI link.
- Post the article on academic networking platforms (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu).
- Archive the article in their institutional repository immediately upon publication.
When sharing, please always include a link to the official published version via the article's DOI to ensure readers access the version of record.
