IJTIMES take minimum charges for publication fee. Authors are required to pay processing, submission, or publication charges for their research papers.
🔄 Erroneous Payment Refunds
If money has been deposited by mistake or incorrectly to IJTIMES, the amount will be refunded within 2 weeks, provided the authorised user notifies IJTIMES within 3 days of the date of the transaction or deposit.
📋 How to Request a Refund
- Contact IJTIMES within 3 days of the erroneous transaction.
- Provide proof of the transaction (bank receipt or payment confirmation).
- Submit your refund request via email to editor.ijtimes@gmail.com.
- IJTIMES will process the refund within 2 weeks of receiving the notification.
