Papers must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere simultaneously.

Manuscripts must follow the IJTIMES paper format template exactly.

Papers are subject to both technical review and editorial editing.

Review results notification within 10–15 days of submission.

Publication within 5–7 days after receipt of all required documents.
