Abstract
5 at%Tin doped Indium Oxide nanoparticles were prepared by solid state reaction method. (In0.95Sn0.05)203 nanoparticles were sintered at 8000C at reduced pressure. Structural and Optical properties were studied systematically. In present study, effect of tin dopant and oxygen vacancies were analyzed.
