Abstract
Project procurement generally refers to the process, which is often employed in the acquisition of goods and services to be used for effective execution of the given projects. Project procurement to a great extent depends on the project goals as well as on the project objectives. It is a highly significant component of project management since it is highly essential the overall success of the project. As a result, there is the dire need for the different procurement activities to be planned and executed in a manner that is highly appropriate. In the Present paper, the researcher has tried to explore the aspect of project management and the role of procurement in completing a construction projects.
