Peer review is intended to evaluate the quality of articles submitted for publication. Its primary design is to maintain the integrity of science by filtering out low-quality articles. It serves as a quality filter โ ensuring that only rigorous, original, and significant research gets published in IJTIMES.
Author submits the manuscript via the IJTIMES Online Submission portal. The paper must follow the IJTIMES template and formatting guidelines.
The Editor receives the article and checks for: correct format & template adherence, subject match with journal scope, and plagiarism screening as per journal guidelines.
If the article fulfills all journal guidelines, it is forwarded to a reviewer. If requirements are not met, the article may be rejected at this stage.
The paper is sent to an assigned reviewer (blind review). The reviewer examines originality, methodology, results, and overall quality, then submits review comments to the editor.
The editor evaluates the reviewer's comments and makes the final decision: Accept or Reject.
If Accepted: Author is notified by email and directed for the publication process. The paper proceeds to final publication.
