Abstract The Price Change Notification Bot is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project. The Bot is significantly designed
and developed to check the price rebuild (drop/rise) of the various products available on e-Commerce sites like Flip
kart, Amazon, Shop clues, Snap deal etc. The customer can append the desired products of their wish to either the Cart
or Wish-List anticipating for the price descends. The bot indeed functions on monitoring the price whenever the
product is put on the Cart/Wish-List. Once the price escalates, the bot sends the notification to the customer with a
Message note along with a Voice Message. Similarly when there is a price descent, the bot notifies the customer with a
voice message and an automated email invitation to purchase the product attached with the purchase link. This
enables the Customer to purchase the product at the right time of price drop.

Prakathi.P , Senthilnathan, Suvetha, Dr.S.K.Mydhili · UG Students, Department of CSE, KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India, IN

Abstract With the social development, tourism industry became a famous topic. Most of people chose travel as a
relax way in their holidays. Thus, the tourist needs increased strongly. Generally, traditional travel websites presented
general travel information, which are price of hotel, price of transport ticket or general introduction of travel plan.
These kinds of information are not enough. Furthermore, the travel websites offered merely piece of travel
information, users need to incorporate and generate a travel plan by themselves. Based on input query, the traditional
systems are hard to produce a travel plan. Besides, more and more people are willing to choose creative and dis-invite
travel plan, which is based on their interest and habits. Accordingly, it is necessary to study on query analysis deeply
and comprehensively for researchers. Many travel packages are existing from different websites to almost all the
places over the world. For frequent traveler’s, receive the ticket availabilities through mail notifications based on their
frequent booking locations. It will be helpful for them to plan their travel accordingly. Robotic Processing Automation

Kathiresan S , Marimuthu K, Prabu M, Lanitha B · UG Scholar/CSE, KGiSL Institute of Technology, IN

Abstract Accounts related to banks, organizations, applications, services and what not –all of these must be monitored
for positive use and anything suspicious should be reported. A robot software is a software application that replicates a
human being's action that interacts with a computer system's user interface. This automation is used to reduce their
schedule's cost and time to complete. It is based on the faculty in the automation system to complete their work faster.
Doing such a process manually going through logs on a continuous basis is not a viable option for an individual to do
so and hence yet another scenario that was made for an RPA based software robot to take up and close that particular
account. The humans are in the era of mathematical and parallax errors being committed while there are no errors in
terms of RPA.Although commands and the framework may take time to do some work, the work can be done more
quickly and efficiently after the process from man - hours and man - years to minutes and seconds. They help monitor

SPLIT AND COMBINER METHOD OF CRYPTOGRAPHY FOR CLOUD STORAGE SECURITY

Mr. V Vivekanandan , Mr. R Suresh Kumar · Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India, IN

Abstract Cloud storage it is a model for computer data storage when the digital data gets stored in the logically pooled
storage devices. There are many online storage providers like Google Drive, Box, OneDrive, iCloud, Dropbox,
Amazon drive and so on. Every cloud storage providers have security mechanism to prevent data from hack hackers
but still we have some issues in security to resolve that we have an idea to split the data into multiple segments each
segment is encrypted using different encryption algorithms then each segment is stored in different locations of cloud
storage then again while retrieving data we have to decrypt by its algorithm then combine the various segments from
different locations then we will get the actual data after integration. In this case we can avoid security issues in cloud
storage.

Optimized Energy Aware Routing in Wireless Ad-hoc Network

Nandakumar S D , Suseendran S · Department of Computer Science & Engineering, KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore,, IN

Abstract The nature of infrastructure-less and decentralization are two importance features of an Ad-hoc
network. In Wireless Ad-hoc network, some nodes may become as a critical spot in the network during packet
forwarding to most of their neighbors nodes. And these critical nodes can deplete their battery power earlier, because
of excessive load and processing for data forwarding. These unbalanced loads turn to nodes failure, network partition
and reduce the age ie,. lifetime of the route and reliability of the route. As nodes in wireless nodes operate on limited
battery power Energy efficient communication is a vital research topic in wireless ad hoc networks. This paper
describes An Optimized Energy Aware Routing approach as an improve QOS of Ad hoc network, utilizing the high
energy path based on Route Selection Function. And this algorithm, adapts existing energy aware routing protocol to
optimize energy conservation and other performance metrics. The purpose of path Selection process is to improve
lifespan of Ad-hoc network and corresponding effect on overall network performance.

A Review of Fast Mutual Authentication and Key Exchange in Mobile Communications

Suganthi.A , Lanitha.B · Department of computer Science and Engineering, KGISL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India, IN

Abstract Authentication plays an important role in the entire mobile network system and acts as the first defense
against attackers since it ensures the correctness of the identities of distributed communication entities before they
engage in any other communication activity. Many security mechanisms for mobile communications have been
introduced in the literature and these mechanisms poised several problems. Therefore, in order to provide security
service, an efficient and secure authentication scheme is urgently desired. Combining different authentication
techniques with other techniques, such as Time-Stamp based authentication and Nonce-based authentication
mechanism, has helped to address these problems and forms the basis of future research. The integrated techniques
can solve main contradictory problems more precisely. Review work of the literature, specifically that the research on
Time-Stamp based authentication, Nonce-based authentication and Nested One-Time secret mechanism, showed that
the said techniques have been widely and successfully implemented in several practical applications. This review work
provides an in-depth analysis of identifying and finding issues of strengths, weaknesses and outcomes of combined
authentication scheme.

ENERGY PROFICIENT BASED ROUTING PROTOCOL ASSORTMENT IN AD HOC NETWORKS

Poongothai K , Vinolina R · Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore,, IN

Abstract This manuscript presents an original document for multicast routing protocol for mobile ad hoc wireless
networks. The protocol, termed ODMRP (On-Demand Multicast Routing Protocol), is a mesh-based, rather than a
predictable tree based, Multicast scheme and uses a forwarding group concept (only a subset of nodes forwards the
multicast packets via scoped flooding). It applies on-demand measures to dynamically build routes and maintain
multicast group membership. ODMRP is well suited for ad hoc wireless networks with mobile hosts where bandwidth
is partial, topology changes frequently, and power is controlled. We estimate ODMRP's scalability and performance
via simulation.

RANGE AND LOCATION BASED PRIVACY AWARE MONITORING FOR DYNAMIC OBJECTS

Kamala V , Shanthini M · Assistant Professor, Department Of Computer Science and Engineering, KGiSL Institute of Technology, IN

Abstract Privacy Accuracy Monitoring(PAM) is a framework that addresses the fundamental issues accuracy,
efficiency and privacy of moving objects. Location update is the key for this framework which distinguishes it from the
existing system. The scheme defines clearly, when and how the mobile clients should exchange their locations with the
server. When the query is altered, the PAM updates the location based on relevant result and safe region. Moreover,
various client update strategies have been used to optimize accuracy, privacy and efficiency. We develop efficient
query evaluation/ revaluation and safe region computational algorithms in the framework. The experimental result
show that PAM substantially outperforms traditional schemes in terms of monitoring accuracy, CPU cost and
scalability while achieving close-to-optimal communication cost.

S. Om Prakash , S. Pathmasharma, V. Bharath, S. M. Deivasikamani · Assistant professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Ranganathar Institute of Engineering and Technology, IN

Abstract The weld quality at the joint is directly influenced by the input welding parameters. A common problem faced
by manufacturer is to control process input parameter to obtain the good welded joint with required bead geometry, good
mechanical properties, weld quality with minimal detrimental residual stresses and distortion. In this study an attempt is
made to investigate the effects and optimization of welding process parameters on the tensile strength in the Gas
metal arc welding (GMAW) process. The experimental studies were conducted under various input parameters as
welding direction, wire speed, travel speed, arc voltage, contact tip to work distance, torch angle and gas flow rate.
Taguchi experimental design method was used to determine the settings of welding parameters. The level of importance
and percentage contribution of each parameter on the tensile strength was determined by using analysis of variance
(ANOVA). The optimum welding process parameter combination was obtained by using the analysis of signal-to-noise
(S/N) ratio.

Abstract This paper presents the thin layer drying experiments and mathematical modeling of bitter gourd grown in
Tamilnadu, India. Drying Characteristics of bitter gourd were examined moisture content from 90 ± 1% to 14 ± 0.5%
using hot air of the temperature range of 50-70oC.The result have shown that, increasing the drying air temperature
causes shorter drying times. The experimental drying curves obtained were fitted to number of (15) mathematical
models. Comparing the determination of coefficient, reduced chi-square and values of 15 models, it was concluded
that the Two term exponential, Midilli. et al and Modified Page model represents drying characteristics better than the
others. The effective diffusivity coefficient of moisture transfer varied from 5.9442 X 10 -10 to 8.9163 X 10 -10 m²/s
over the temperature range. The temperature dependence of the diffusivity coefficients was described by Arrhenius
type relationship. The activation energy for moisture diffusion was found to be 16.3 kJ/mol.

S.Jambulingam , M.Mahendran, Dr.M.Seenivasan, Dr.A.Sivakumar · Associate professor,Department of Mechanical Engineering, KGISL Institute of Technology, IN

Abstract Friction Stir Welding process (FSW) is a solid state welding process in which the relative motion between
the tool and the work piece produces heat which makes the material of two edges being joined by plastic atomic
diffusion. This method relies on the direct conversion of mechanical energy to thermal energy to form the weld
without the application of heat from conventional sources. The rotational speed of the tools, the axial pressure,
welding speed and the tool profile are the principal variables that need to be controlled in order to provide combined
heat and pressure to form the weld. The scope of this investigation is to evaluate the effect of joining parameter on the
mechanical properties of dissimilar aluminium alloys AA3104 and AA7075 joints produced by Friction Stir welding
using CNC vertical machining centre. The Brinnel hardness and tensile strength of the joints are considered for the
investigation. The results show that for optimal stir zone hardness, FSW parameter combination of 1200 rpm tool
rotational speed, 10 mm/min welding speed and cylindrical tool profile should be used. For optimal joint tensile
strength, the suitable parameters combination is 1200rpm, 20mm/min and taper thread tool profile. From the
investigation, it is concluded that tool rotational speed is the major influencing factor for mechanical properties such
as tensile strength and hardness.

Abstract This work is an attempt to utilize the benefits of using forced convection solar dryers through the use of a
ventilator in the remote areas where electricity and other power sources are non-existent. The solar air dryer was
designed with solar collector of tilt angle 11.0138’ so that the temperature remains much higher than the ambient
temperature. The tilt angle is chosen based upon the latitude of Coimbatore 11’ N. The main objective is to show that
the temperatures inside the dryer and the air-heater is higher than the ambient temperature during most hours of the
day-light. The drying of food items in the solar air dryer will be higher when compared with open air-drying of similar
items. This will show that the drying with the solar air dryer will provide better results than open air-drying. The
results will also depend upon the dryer performance on the proper air circulation through the system.

Development of Aluminium Based Silicon Carbide Particulate Metal Matrix Composite

M.Mahendran , L.M.karthik, Dharmaraj, s.Akash · Assistant professor Department of Mechanical Engineering, KGiSL Institute of Technology, IN

Abstract Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs) have evoked a keen interest in recent times for potential applications in
aerospace and automotive industries owing to their superior strength to weight ratio and high temperature resistance. The
widespread adoption of particulate metal matrix composites for engineering applications has been hindered by the high
cost of producing components. Although several technical challenges exist with casting technology yet it can be used to
overcome this problem. Achieving a uniform distribution of reinforcement within the matrix is one such challenge, which
affects directly on the properties and quality of composite material. In the present study a modest attempt has been made
to develop aluminium based silicon carbide particulate MMCs with an objective to develop a conventional low cost method
of producing MMCs and to obtain homogenous dispersion of ceramic material. To achieve these objectives two stepmixing method of stir casting technique has been adopted and subsequent property analysis has been made. Aluminium
(98.41% C.P) and SiC (320-grit) has been chosen as matrix and reinforcement material respectively. Experiments have
been conducted by varying weight fraction of Sic (8%, 12%, 16%, and 20%) while keeping all other parameters constant.
The results indicated that the ‘developed method’ is quite successful to obtain uniform dispersion of reinforcement in the
matrix. An increasing trend of hardness and impact strength with increase in weight percentage of SiC has been observed.
The best results (maximum hardness 40.5 BHN & maximum impact strength of 32N-m.) have been obtained at 20%
weight fraction of SiC. The results were further justified by comparing with other investigators.

Abstract The important of manufacturing process is that without it no products reach to customer satisfaction. Hence
for the Engineers it is importance to convert design into actual product and this is possible only when we go through
suitable manufacturing process. Hence manufacturing process is value addition process in which raw materials gets
converted into finished goods. Gear is important element of mechanical power transmission. It is manufactured by many
processes such as casting, milling, hobbing and shaping. All these manufacturing has its own importance. Among these
manufacturing milling is preferred most for job or small production. This milling machine is costly we have making a
new attachment which make gear when installed on lathe carriage using aurdino and stepper motor. This one is cheap

Abstract For many years vibration damping has been an important criterion in the design phase of many engineering
applications. Large dissipation capabilities over a wide frequency range are desired. A common solution is to use a
constrained viscoelastic material bonded to the vibrating structure. The damping material is applied in a sandwiched

P. Vignesh Kumar , E.Valarmathi · Department of Chemistry, KGisL institute of technology, IN

Abstract The removal of Pb (II) from aqueous solutions by chitosan coated saw dust activated carbon (CCSDAC) was
investigated. The higher percentage removal of Pb (II) from aqueous solutions in the presence of saw dust activated
carbon (SDAC) and CCSDAC was observed. The later adsorbent (CCSDAC) has the higher percentage removal than
that of the former (SDAC). The mechanism of adsorption was studied by conducting pH as well as kinetic studies.
Batch adsorption experiments were conducted to study the effect of adsorbent dose, initial concentration and
temperature on the removal of Pb (II) using SDAC and CCSDAC. When compared to SDAC, CCSDAC has higher
adsorption at pH 4.0. The kinetic and equilibrium adsorption datas were well modeled using pseudo-first- order
kinetic and Langmuir isotherm models.

Mrs.C.Maheswari , Dr.S.Rajeswari · Assistant Professor Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Dr. N.G.P. Institute of Technology, IN

Abstract To meet the increase in power demands and to reduce the global warming, the cheap and obtainable
renewable energy sources like wind, solar, hydro and tidal energy based system is used. Out of the various renewable
energy sources, solar energy is the best alternative for fossil fuel because of its nonpolluting, reliable and clean in
nature. But the solar system converts only 30 to 40% of solar irradiation into electrical energy when compared to
other renewable energy sources. To get maximum output from a PV panel system, an extensive research has been
carried out for long time to access the performance of PV system and to analyze the different concerns related to the
use of solar PV system efficiently. This paper presents a method of gaining high output voltage using LUO converter
which is a high DC-DC converter. This method uses a combination of inductor, and a capacitor to lift the input
voltage to a higher value of output voltage. The voltage gain of the converter in a re-lift configuration is two times of
that provided by a boost converter while using a single switch. The system is simulated using MATLAB and the results
are presented and compared with the hardware model results to support the theoretical analysis.

Rithmi Mitter , V Rajeswari · Assistant Professors, Department of ECE, KGiSL Instsitute of Technology, Coimbatore, India, IN

Abstract Security in today’s environment becomes a drastic issue in communication. For secure transmission of
data or image in open network, encryption is very important methodology. Through encryption we can prevent our
data or image from unauthorized access during transmission. In recent years many encryption methods have been
proposed and used to protect data. Image encryption and decryption using chaotic map and BB equation is one of the
best image encryption methods. VLSI architecture for the proposed algorithm is also available and is implemented in
FPGA using VHDL language in Xilinx ISE VLSI software. This implementation can be further modified with low
power VLSI criterions i.e. how the power consumption can be reduced with less delay and reduced area .To perform
the encryption process more secure and fast many ideas has been suggested and implemented. The architecture has
been implemented using different adders and it is always found that there exist tradeoffs between delay and area of
implementation. In this paper, a comparative study of different architecture used to reduce the power consumption
with the help of various adders such as carry look ahead adder, carry bypass adder, carry save adder etc has been
carried out and thus have quoted the tradeoffs between delay and area of architectures implemented. Various power
reduction techniques in digital VLSI are also discussed and implemented. With this study the best approach suitable
for different application can be easily recognized and the same can be implemented to increase the efficiency.

Vijay Shree.M , S.Anitha · Assistant Professor KGiSL Institute of Technology,Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India, IN

Abstract In today’s scenario new ailments makes a viral spread with no much initial symptoms. Identification of the
impacts, understanding the symptoms and later the diagnosis phase becomes too complex. Earlier detection becomes still
more complex due to lack of successful technologies. Reliability of the methodology adopted to diagnose is another factor
to be considered. The prominent clinical aspect used for the study of any microbial behavior is biomarkers and its
development. Biomarkers are tracked and their response to different therapy are analyzed .Having this analysis as ground
the further measures for earlier diagnosis are carried out. But the accuracy and reliability of the obtained data is an
emerging problem. As the rate of newfangled diseases increases their symptoms and the biomarkers analysis becomes
multifaceted. Hence deep neural networks have been used to study the biomarkers to achieve a considerable range of
accuracy and increase reliability.

Application Dependent fault Diagnosis of FPGA for Low power Reconfigurable Systems

Vellingiri.A , Shanmuga Priya · Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India, IN

Abstract Application-dependent test and diagnosis of FPGAs plays a very critical role in such defect tolerance
scheme. This work is complementary to application-independent detection methods for FPGAs. This technique can
uniquely identify any single bridging, open, or stuck-at fault in the interconnect as well as any single functional fault,
a fault resulting a change in the truth table of a function, in the logic blocks. The number of test configurations for
interconnect diagnosis is logarithmic to the size of the mapped design.
The proposed design, called bit-swapping LFSR (BS-LFSR), is composed of an LFSR and a 2 × 1 multiplexer.
When used to generate test patterns for scan-based built-in self-tests, it reduces the number of transitions that occur at
the scan-chain input during scan shift operation by 50% when compared to those patterns produced by a conventional
LFSR. Hence, it reduces the overall switching activity in the circuit under test during test applications. The BS-LFSR
is combined with a scan-chain-ordering algorithm that orders the cells in a way that reduces the average and peak
power (scan and capture) in the test cycle or while scanning out a response to a signature analyzer. These techniques
have a substantial effect on average- and peak-power reductions with negligible effect on fault coverage or test
application time. Experimental results on ISCAS’89 benchmark circuits show up to 65% and 55% reductions in
average and peak power, respectively.

Abstract Medicines are taken by everyone in the world for the recovery from illness. Number of illegal business
corporates for getting high benefit offer the lapsed medicines which is unsafe to the public who utilizes it, in some
cases it might even take them until the very end. For falsifying this issue we propose this arrangement which depends
on the Internet of things (IoT). The manufacturer fabricates the prescription and updates the record which can be
seen by any of the clients who utilizes this interface. After the execution of this strategy, public would intake medicines
with complete trust. We utilize the Near Far-Field Communication (NFC) for making this thought into a restorative
transformation. This plan is secured by a few conventions which can shield the huge corporates and other undesirable
access from the medical mafia. While adopting the secured authentication system for the pharmaceuticals company,
the medicine anti-counterfeiting can be largely be avoided so that the public can be safe from utilizing the lapsed
medicines.

MINIMIZATION OF HANDOFF FAILURE BY INTRODUCING WLAN

Mr.Vishnuvinayagan.R , Sivaprakash.K · Assistant Profersser, Department of Electronics and communication Engineering KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, TamilNadu, India, IN

Abstract Wireless local area networks (WLAN) have been widely deployed for business and personal applications.
The main issue regarding wireless network technology is handoff or hand over management, especially in urban
areas, due to the limited coverage of access points (APs) or base stations (BS). When a mobile station (MS) moves
outside the range of its current access point (AP) it needs to perform a link layer handover. This causes data loss and
interruption in communication. Many people have applied efficient location management techniques in the literature
of next generation wireless system (NGWS). However, seamless handover management still remains an open matter of
research. Here we propose a method to minimize the handoff failure probability by effectively placing a wireless local
area network (WLAN) AP in the handoff region between two neighboring cells. The WLAN coverage, on one hand,
provides an additional coverage in the low signal strength region, and on the other hand, relieves the congestion in the
cellular network. Moreover, we perform the channel scanning (required for horizontal handover between the two base
stations) within the WLAN coverage area, thus minimizing the handoff failure due to scanning delay.

Abstract This survey work presents keen antenna as a variety of discrete signal process. Such an arrangement
significantly improves remote connection through a blend of assorted different gain, exhibit addition and obstruction
concealment. Expanded limit means higher information rates for a guaranteed number of clients or more clients for a
given information rate for each client. Multipath transmission is made by dispersing and reflections. Additionally, the
obstruction flag estimations recommend that every way is extremely a pack or bunch of ways, coming about because of
surface harshness or abnormalities. The arbitrary addition of the pack is called Multipath Blurring. The radio wire's
capacity gain (or basically "gain") likewise considers the receiving wire's effectiveness, and is frequently the essential

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING SYSTEM USING IOT AND WSN

Dr.N.Kaleeswari , Suganya g · Professor,Department of ECE, KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India, IN

Abstract Small sized devices with communication capability are accepted in real applications recent years and the
applications increase business efficiency. We developed an asset tracking application using a wireless sensor network.
The application consists of three Components: a wireless sensor network, a middleware, and a IoT user interface. The
sensor network consists of mobile nodes, reference nodes, and one gateway. Each mobile node equipped with a
location sensor is attached to one medical asset so that the application tracks medical assets. The middleware abstracts
the specification of the sensor network. The graphical user interface is developed according to the requirements of
nurses and doctors. The application shortens the searching time for mobile medical assets from about twenty minutes
to within 20 seconds. By shortening the searching time of the assets, the nurses can use more times to take care of
patients and the patients can receive better medical services. Low- level functionality of the TRACKING system is
unlike that of typical Radio-frequency identification (RFID) technologies. The spirit of the IoT paradigm employed by
TRACKING makes the system both flexible and scalable, by leveraging collaboration between embedded and cloud
systems. This flexibility will allow for the future support of additional applications such as hardware integration (e.g.,
New hardware components). This can include data acquisition such as usage statistics and historical patient health
data. Compiling this data might pave the way for future research into disease vectors or could be used to optimize care
delivered for specific conditions. While implications for an IoT system such as TRACKING are wide-ranging; its
primary objective is to provide an easy to use, low-cost solution to track the location of medical assets in real-time.

NON INVASIVE BLOOD GROUP DETECTOR USING IRSENSOR

Bhuvaneswari .T , Poornima.S, Vino Ranjani.V, Ranjitha · Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering KGISL Institute of Technology Coimbatore, IN

Abstract The estimation of blood group of an individual is important in different circumstances like transfusion and
transplantation. Every individual have a different antigen in their red blood cells. An individual above six month of
age have antigen formed in the outer layer of the RBC which determines the blood group of a person .The
conventional method involves drawing of blood sample from the patient and adding chemical reagent to the blood and
interpreting the blood group of the patient .Based on the agglutination of the antigen with the antibody present in the
blood samples. It may consume time, there are chances of clinical errors. When there arises incompatibility of blood it
may become fatal as the antibody may destroy the red blood cells in the blood of the donor. In the proposed method the
puncturing of patient’s skin is avoided. optical signals reflected from the patient antigen is used to detect the blood
group.IR sensor is used in the experiment emits a light when a voltage is generated across its terminals. The emitted
light is reflected back by the antigen present on the surface of the RBC.The ray reflected back is received by the
receiver it generates a voltage based on the intensity of the reflected light .The optical property may differ for every
antigen thus based on the voltage generated blood group of the individual is found. The method consumes less time
hence can be used economically in hospitals.

K.Siva Prakash , Keerthana Vijayakumar, Kavinsankar Saravanan, Manjupriya Ganesan · Assistant Professor,Department of ECE, KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India, IN

Abstract As the world wants to get equipped with fastest modes of technology, the inventions regarding the
enhancement in the existing system or a change of the present system became more usual. One such proposed system
for the fastest modes of data transfer is the LIFI technology. LIFI technology is based on the concept of transferring
the information through illumination of light. Here LEDs acts as a major element for data transfer. This technology
has proved that it is more efficient than the WIFI, though it is a widely existing system it faces challenges like
availability, capability and security. Overcoming these challenges and making the source to acts as illuminating
source and as medium of data transfer made the LIFI more preferable amoung the data transfer technologies. This
paper is about the idea of implementing the technology in a departmental store where the LEDs make the data transfer
about the details of the product so that we could eliminate the presence of humans for stock checking and can also
make prior arrangements for products and so gaining customers and their satisfaction. The idea is carried out by
using a controller, IR sensor, LEDs and a personnel computer where the details are displayed.

Train Accident Precaution and Station Information System

Mrs. S. Anitha , R.Vinodhini, B.B.Gowthami · Assistant Professor,Department of ECE, KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India, IN

Abstract The Indian Railways is one of the largest railway networks in the world. The increased number of trains has
resulted in increased amount of train accidents. Most of the accidents are due to the collision of trains. Because of the
advancement and development in the field of embedded systems many systems have been evolved to prevent the
accidents. Developing a system in a low cost with a good efficiency is a great challenge. This paper talks about a system
which overcomes these challenges. The aim of the proposed system is to prevent the train from accidents and provide
the information to the nearby station. It is based on the automatic safety control used in trains. This system makes use
of the Li-Fi and ultrasonic sensor on the Arduino platform. This design consists of an ultrasonic sensor, Arduino
processor, and a Li-Fi circuit (transmitter and receiver). Ultrasonic is used to measure the distance between the
obstacle and the Arduino processes that data to get decisions accordingly. The data transmission between the train and
the sub-station is done using Li-Fi transmitter and a receiver circuit [9]. The ultrasonic sensor will be mounted on
front of the train to sense the obstacle. This information is then given to the nearby station via the Li – Fi transmitter.
The Li – Fi receiver at the nearby station receives the information. In this paper, a system which can detect and thus
avoid collision between trains and prevent the accidents is proposed and is studied.

DESIGN AND CONTROL OF MOBILE SCRAMBLERS

R.vishnuvinayagan , E.Monisha, R.Nivethitha, S.Pavithira · Assistant Professor,Department of ECE, KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India, IN

Abstract Mobile scramblers or blockers is an electronic device which deliberately works on the same frequency
band of which the mobile phones operate. Scramblers don’t have any direct connection with the mobile phones.
Scramblers blocks the mobile phones by sending radio waves, through which it blocks all the incoming, outgoing
calls and messages within a specified area, so that the notifications are not received on the mobile phones. It turns
out that this problem can be efficiently solved by disabling the keypads of the mobile phones rather than blocking
the network. By doing so, we can receive notifications about the calls and messages.

Abstract In this paper the conservation of crop field has been a main content and a complex issue. The animals
from the protected area [PAs] are continuously attacking the crop field over the years and the protection of this crop
field has become a main concern. Wildlife intrusion in areas with high human mobility is proved to be lethal for both
human beings and animals. The surveillance and tracking of the wild animals are difficult due to their size and nature
of movement This proposed system seeks to identify wild animals that disturb the human life and the agricultural
fields with the aid of an intelligent image processing algorithm in Raspberry pi. In our methodology, the process
followed is the detection of motion in the video frame and identification of the objects in the area descriptor as the
local features which describes the unique features of animal, detects the animal and creates the different sound that
irritates the animal and also is updated to the cloud using IOT (Internet Of Things).

PHARMACEUTICALS AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM USING OPEN CV

Rahuldeepak.M.J , Velraj.B, Vikram.D, SathiyaSivam.B · KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, IN

Abstract Medicines are taken by everybody in the world for the recovery from illness. Few illegal business
corporates for getting high benefit offer the lapsed medicines which is exceptionally unsafe to the public who utilizes
it, in some cases it might even take them until the very end. For falsifying this issue we propose this arrangement
which depends on the open CV. The maker creates the medicine and updates the record which can be seen by any of
the customers who uses this interface. After the execution of this strategy, public would intake medicines with
complete trust. This plan is secured by a few conventions which can shield the huge corporates and other undesirable
access. While adopting the secured authentication system for the pharmaceuticals company, in any form the medicine
anti-counterfeiting can be largely be avoided so that the public can be safe from utilizing the lapsed medicines. So as
to counter the danger of misrepresented drugs entering the lawful production network. This system guarantees
Medicines authenticity by an end-to-end verification. The manufacturers are required to apply two safety measures on
the outer packaging: an anti-tampering device and a Data matrix code which incorporates a unique identifier (UI) for
each sale package. At the point of dispense the medicine will be scanned, checked and verified for authenticity against
a national repository. On the off chance that the UI on the pack coordinates the data in the store, the pack is
decommissioned and provided to the patient. Otherwise, if there is a warning related to this pack, then the system will
highlight this as an exceptional event and the package will not be supplied to the public.

IoT BASED POWER DEMAND CONTROLLER

V.Rajeswari , A.Vaishnavi, K.S.Sneha Mol, P.Nirosha · -, IN

Abstract The system controls the current level electrical loads to maintain the total electrical power demand
during a demand interval within certain predetermined limits. The demand forecaster makes periodic projections
of the metered demand to the end of the demand interval based upon the current rate of energy consumption
(instantaneous demand) and the accumulated energy consumption during the demand interval. If the projected
value indicates that a demand peak will occur, the system signal interrupting the load to prevent the occurrence of
the peak. Conversely, if the system detects a projected low value of the demand, a "restore" condition exists
whereby the load is turned on to take advantage of the available electrical capacity.

CERTIFICATE ISSUING AND VERIFICATION USING BLOCKCHAIN

Sathish R M.E.,(phD) , Nilavann S, Gopi K · Assistant professor, Department of information technology KGiSL institute of technology, Coimbatore, IN

Abstract We are going through a very exciting phase of technological transformation. Blockchain community is
re-designing a lot of existing use cases and trying to solve a lot of unsolved use cases with the help of decentralized,
peer-to-peer technology. A Certificate is a report that guarantees that an individual has gotten explicit training or has
breezed through a test or arrangement of tests. Counterfeit testaments is a gigantic issue in our Nation. Even a unique
paper testament can be forged easily. Verification check is a tiresome and time-consuming process for
Organizations/Institutions. We propose a Blockchain(Distributed Ledger Technology) based solution for this problem
with Distributed storage(IPFS). Thus certificates will be tamperproof, confidential and secure. Here, we are going to
use Ethereum Blockchain. In this way, the Institutions will create the certificate with student information (such as
StudentName, Student ID, NationalID, Degree, College, and other information)The system will commit transactions
considering certificate as a digital asset and store them on IPFS with public key encryption. Hash of the certificate is
stored in the blockchain. Only the certificate issuing authority/institute can create and issue the certificate. From that
moment, the student becomes the owner of the certificate (digital asset). Whenever a Students wants to share his/ her
certificate, they encrypt it with recipient public key, store it in IPFS and send the hash to recipient.Only the mapping
of the digital assets will be present in the blockchain hus digital assets are encrypted and stored in IPFS.

SMART E-TICKET IN BUS USING QR CODE

Joelanandraj.e , Iswariya.M, Pavithran.M, Roshini.R · Department of Information Technology, IN

Abstract Ticketing process is a tedious process that involves a lot of concentration in the part of the employee, who needs to take
a note on the tickets issued between various bus stations(the region that is maintained for pricing) to the passengers
getting inside the bus. The ticketing process gets even tougher if there is a number of passengers using the bus at the
same time. In order to reduce the workload and avoid fraudulently, there has been an increased number of issues
related to passengers traveling without tickets despite imposing strict laws. There is a need for an external checker who
needs to check the passengers to reduce the fraudulent. Thus introducing a new method involving an E-Ticket is used it
is generated in the form of QR code. The ticket consists of the information of the source, destination, and a number of
tickets selected by the passenger. Then based on the information provided, the QR will be generated with a unique id.
The payment is done through the wallet in the system. The wallet is created for every user who is registering in the
system in order to handle the payments. The use of paper and cash in the existing system is replaced. There is a lot of
disadvantages that is there in using the paper tickets where the tickets are easily damaged and it’s not easy to keep
track of them on the side of the passenger. The organization should invest in printing paper and with an increasing
protest against destroying trees for paper and also the production of dye for coloring those papers are all against the
environment. The Data is generated in large numbers, in the event of ticket vending and is used for analysis of the bus
route preferred by the users/ or the routes that handle a large group of passengers. The in-built GPS available in the
conductors' system is enabled and it allows the user to locate the bus using the information that is been collected from
the conductor’s device. The whole system works in a centralized data center sharing information from different data
sources.

Abstract There are lot of deaf people who face lot of struggles and difficulties in communicating with others in
daily life. Already available helping aids are not up to the mark when considering few parameters. This system
proposes an approach for getting immediate attention to deaf people by vibrating their Smartphone when calling upon
their name. There is also an option for speech to text conversion where they can let the other person to speak and have
it displayed as a text. There is also a space given to the other person where he can input a text message and show it the
user. Hearing aids are also not that efficient and not sure to work in all the cases. In an emergency this may come in
handy without any other requirements. A regular Smartphone is enough which can be seen with everyone today. The
input is given through the microphone which is compared with the already provided name, if match, then it vibrates
for tactile intimation. The application also provides video calling feature. The user is provided with an instant speech
to text conversion under the video feed similar to subtitles enabling the user to make video calls as any normal person

Generating Cryptographic Numbers Using Cellular Automaton

Dr.G.Selvavinayagam · Department of Information Technology, KGiSL Institute of Technology, IN

Abstract The paper presents new results concerning application of cellular automata (CAs) to the numbers using
cipher cryptography.CA are applied to generate pseudo-random numbers sequence (PNS) which is used during the
encryption process. One dimensional, non-uniform CAs is considered as a generator of pseudorandom number
sequences (PNSs) used in cryptography with the secret key. The quality of PNSs highly depends on a set of applied CA
rules. Rules of radius r = 1 and 2 for non-uniform one dimensional CAs have been considered. The search of rules is
performed with use of evolutionary technique called cellular programming. As the result of collective behavior of
discovered set of CA rules very high quality PNSs are generated. The quality of PNSs outperforms the quality of known
one dimensional CA-based PNS generators used in the secret key cryptography. The extended set of CA rules which
was found makes the cryptography system much more resistant on breaking a cryptography key.

R.Madhuramya · Assistant Professor ,Department of Information Technology KGiSL Institute of Technology-Coimbatore, IN

Abstract IoT has the capability to influence the world we live in; advanced industries, connected vehicles, and
smarter cities are all components of the IoT equation. However, applying technology like IoT to the agriculture
industry could have the greatest impact. The global population is set to touch 9.6 billion by 2050. So, to feed this much
population, the farming industry must embrace IoT. Against the challenges such as extreme weather conditions and
rising climate change, and environmental impact resulting from intensive farming practices, the demand for more
food has to be met.Smart farming based on IoT technologies will enable growers and farmers to reduce waste and
enhance productivity ranging from the quantity of fertilizer utilized to the number of journeys the farm vehicles have
made.In IoT-based smart farming, a system is built for monitoring the crop field with the help of sensors (light,
humidity, temperature, soil moisture, etc.) and automating the irrigation system. The farmers can monitor the field
conditions from anywhere. IoT-based smart farming is highly efficient when compared with the conventional
approach. The applications of IoT-based smart farming not only target conventional, large farming operations, but
could also be new levers to uplift other growing or common trends in agricultural like organic farming, family
farming (complex or small spaces, particular cattle and/or cultures, preservation of particular or high quality varieties
etc.), and enhance highly transparent farming Greenhouse, [1], [2] being a closed structure protects the plants from
extreme weather conditions namely: wind, hailstorm, ultraviolet radiations, and insect and pest attacks. The irrigation
of agriculture field is carried out using automatic drip irrigation, which operates according to the soil moisture
threshold set accordingly so as optimal amount of water is applied to the plants. Based on data from soil health card,
proper amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other minerals can be applied by using drip fertigation
techniques. Proper water management tanks are constructed and they are filled with water after measuring the
current water level using an ultrasonic sensor. Plants are also provided the requisite wavelength light during the night
using growing lights. Temperature and air humidity are controlled by humidity and temperature sensors and a fogger
is used to control the same. A tube well is controlled using GSM [3] module (missed call or sms). Bee-hive boxes are
deployed for pollination and boxes are monitored using ultrasonic sensors to measure honey and send mails to the
buyers when they are filled.

Nandhini.P , Dr.G.Vijaya · Department of InformationTechnology, InformationTechnology, KGiSL InstituteofTechnology, IN

Abstract Over the past decade, human movements and behaviors' can be monitored by using big data, including
Global Positioning System (GPS) data, social media login data and mobile phone tracking data. Deep Learning is the part
of an artificial intelligence function that imitates the workings of the human brain in processing data and creating
patterns for use in decision making. Deep learning is a subset of machine learning in Artificial Intelligence (AI) that it
capable of learning unsupervised from unstructured or unlabeled data. This is also called as Deep Neural Learning or
Deep Neural Network. The process of machine learning can be carried out with the help of hierarchical level of artificial
neural networks. Automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) is a technology that uses optical character recognition on
images to create vehicle location data from vehicle number plate image. It is used to check if a vehicle is registered or
licensed. Automatic number plate recognition can be used to store the captured images by the cameras and also the text
from the license plate, with some configurable to store a photograph of the driver. However, traditional methods may not
be suitable for extracting comprehensive vehicle information due to the complexity and diversity of human behaviors.
Studies have shown that deep neural networks have out paced the abilities of human beings in various fields and that deep
neural networks can be explained in a unique manner. Thus, deep neural network methods can potentially be used to
understand human behaviors. In this project, a deep learning neural network constructed in Tensor Flow is applied to
detect and classify vehicle information in toll gates available across country and the models of these vehicles are analyzed
to verify the classification results. The vehicles doesn't need to spend lots of time on the toll gate, as the Tensor Flow
system will recognize the number plate and based on the government identification, the amount will auto debit from the
respective bank. For the social science classification problem investigated in this study, the deep neural network classifier
in Tensor Flow provides better accuracy and more lucid visualization than do traditional neural network methods, even
for erratic classification rules. Furthermore, the results of this study reveal that Tensor Flow has considerable potential
for application in the human geographyfield.

Twitter Based Sentiment Analysis

Anitharajam.M , Atchaya.S, Dheekshitha.D, Suganthi.A · Department of computer Science and Engineering,KGISL Institute of Technology,Coimbatore,Tamilnadu,India, IN

Abstract Sentiment analysis over Twitter offer organisations a fast and effective way to monitor the publics’ feelings
towards their brand, business, directors, etc. A wide range of features and methods for training sentiment classifiers
for Twitter datasets have been researched in recent years with varying results. In this paper, we introduce a novel
approach of adding semantics as additional features into the training set for sentiment analysis. For each extracted
entity (e.g. iPhone) from tweets, we add its semantic concept (e.g. “Apple product”) as an additional feature, and
measure the correlation of the representative concept with negative/positive sentiment. The social web has made
enormous amounts of information available to users globally at just the click of a button. Consumers often tend to rely
on such text, especially those in the form of opinions or experiences regarding a particular product which makes it
essential that this information should be available in a systematic manner. Sentiment analysis studies these opinions.
This paper explains different methods for sentiment analysis and showcases an efficient methodology. It also
highlights the importance of Naïve Bayes classifier over other classification algorithms.

Behavioural Study on Treated Sea Sand as a Fine Aggregate in Concrete

M.Yuvaraaj , R.Gokul, N.Santhosh, R.JAGEDESWARI · UG Students, KGISL Institute Of Technology, Coimbatore, India, IN

Abstract In developing countries like India, the need of the essential construction material particularly sand is getting
increased; but the availability of source of the sand is very less. The over collection of river sand from river beds
affects our ecological cycle directly or indirectly and so instead of river sand, sea sand that is enormously present in
nature at sea shores has become common. Only if the concrete has natural aggregates, the strength and durability
would be enhanced. In the current scenario, most of the building agencies and MNC companies adopt artificial sand
in their projects. Sea sand is less expensive and reduces the overall construction cost, which also helps to protect river
sand from being destruction. It is validated using spectroscopy results that incorporation of sea sand adds strength to
the structure and can be preferred for any construction purpose.

S.Vijaya · Assistant Professor Department of Information Technology, KG College of Arts and Science, Saravanampatty., IN

Abstract Generally people share their opinions in all aspects. These opinions and ideas may be used for to enhance the
business, improve a product, and so on. The upsurge of Web 2.0 has led maximum of these kind of opinion shared in
Blogs, Twitters, Face book and so on. These data can be taken for analysis to find out the nature of the opinion like
positive, negative or neutral. To analyze these opinions computational treatment of the opinions, sentiments and bias
of text which is known as Sentiment Analysis need to be performed. Sentiment Analysis is also known as Opinion
Mining. In general, keywords based variations are used to extract the sentiments. In case of the sentences bearing
implicit sentiments, the efficiency of this method becomes very less as finding implicit sentiments are difficult in this
kind of approach. Comparatively, Latent Sentiment Analysis with SVD improves the efficiency of Contextual based
Sentiment Analysis in great manner.

A.Gandhimathi · M.Phil Scholar, Department of Computer Science, KG College of Arts And Science,Coimbatore, IN

Abstract We are aware of Google Map. How it has changed our travel plan for last few years. Little bit
enchancement of this navigation system can make our travel plan more easier. Plans:- 1. In Coimbatore usually we
see for any rainy day, suddenly queue of cars will come here & there where rain water accumulated. All the bikes
avoid those rain accumulated places as a result 4 wheeler is also will suffer. So, if our navigation system enhanced
with these info where rain water accumulated, commuters can plan to avoid those places in advance. As a result they
can save their time, fuel consumption etc. 2. Google map shows which route will take more time, how many kms we
need to cover. Within our selected route also, if we can improve our navigation system where potholes, speed breakers
are there 4 wheeler drivers can plan in advance, it will save time as well as it will create less damage to the car. Please
think about it.

A survey on Big Data Analytics

D.Sasirega · Department of Computer Science KG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, IN

Abstract The concept of electrocardiogram is explained. Then, a problem statement based on manufacturing scenario is
presented. Subsequently, the architecture of proposed algorithm called integrated deep denoising auto-encoder (IDDA)
and algorithm workflow are provided. Moreover, DECG is compared with traditional factory information system, and the
feasibility and effectiveness of proposed algorithm are validated experimentally. The proposed concept and algorithm
combine typical industrial scenario and advance artificial intelligence, which has great potential to accelerate the
implementation. In the context of Industry 4.0, industrial robotics such as automated guided vehicles have drawn
increased attention due to their automation capabilities and low cost. With the support of cognitive technologies for
industrial Internet of Things (IoT), production processes can be significantly optimized and more intelligent
manufacturing can be implemented for smart factories. The explosive growth in the number of devices connected to
the Internet of Things (IoT) and the exponential increase in data consumption only reflect how the growth of big
data perfectly overlaps with that of IoT. The management of big data in a continuously expanding network gives rise to
non-trivial concerns regarding data collection efficiency, data processing, analytics, and security. The advances in
wireless communication technologies, vehicular networks and cloud computing boost a growing interest in the design,
development and deployment of Vehicular Cyber-Physical Systems (VCPS) for some emerging applications, which leads
to an increasing demand on connecting Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) users to VCPS for accessing the richer
applications and services. Fault diagnosis is an important topic both in practice and research. There is intense pressure on
industrial systems to continue reducing unscheduled downtime, performance degradation, and safety hazards, which
requires detecting and recovering from potential faults as early as possible.

AN UNDEPENDABLE INTEREHICULAR ROUTING PROCEDURE FOR VEHICULAR AD HOC NETWORKS

Ms.N.KARTHIKA , Ms.B.JEEVITHAPRIY · Assistant Professor, KG College of Arts and Science, IN

Abstract Vehicular accidental NET works (VANETs), associate degree rising technology, would enable vehicles on roads to
create a self-organized network while not the help of a permanent infrastructure. As a requirement to communication
in VANETs, associate degree efficient route between act nodes within the network should be established, and also the
routing protocol should adapt to the rap- lazily dynamical topology of vehicles in motion. This is one amongst the
goals of VANET routing protocols. During this paper
3
, we have a tendency to gift associate degree efficient routing
protocol for VANETs, known as the An Undependable Interehicular Routing Procedure. Watercourse utilizes
associate degree a drift graph that represents the encircling street layout wherever the vertices of the graph square
measure points at that streets curve or ran into, and also the graph edges represent the road segments between those
vertices. In contrast to existing protocols, watercourse performs period of time, active traffic monitoring and uses these
knowledge and alternative knowledge gathered through passive mechanisms to assign a dependableness rating to
every street edge. The protocol then uses these dependableness ratings to pick out the foremost reliable route.
Management messages square measure wont to establish a node’s neighbours, verify the dependableness of street
edges, and to share street edge dependableness info with alternative nodes.

A Sliding Window Method for discovery of Recently Frequent Item sets over Online Data Streams

Ms.J.Gayathri · M.Sc., M.Phil., (Ph.D) Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Applications, KG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore,, IN

Abstract A data stream is a massive unrestrained sequence of data elements continuously generated at a rapid rate.
Consequently, the knowledge entrenched in a data stream is likely to be changed as time goes by. However, most of
mining algorithms or frequency estimate algorithms for a data stream do not able to extract the recent change of
information in a data stream adaptively. This paper proposes a sliding window method of discovery of recently
frequent itemsets over an online data stream. The size of a window defines a favored life time of the information of a
transaction in a data stream.

SERVERLESS SOCIAL MEDIA USINGETHEREUM NETWORK

S. Rijutha , Aharshraj Gunasekaran, R. Rija, S.Monisha · Assistant Professor, Department of Information Technology, SNS College of Engineering, Tamil Nadu, India, IN

Abstract Blockchain technology is currently disrupting various industries, and social media is one that is likely to
experience the unwelcome consequence of an action or event of this disruption. Businesses using social media to
establish their brands, such as Twitter and Facebook, are soon to realize that all of the investment may have been
for nothing. According to our vision we have planned to build up a social network on blockchain with ethereum
network, the technical support for this project is the usage of react and redux technology with the combination of
Ethereum (truffle framework) and the metamask as the compiler client. Actually we cannot run the truffle
framework at a time for three pages, because it may not connected with each other, so in that case we need any
external JS client like Vue, Angular and ReactJS as a frontend and the web pack as server to our concern we are
planned to use the ReactJS as the agent to compile at a time for more than two pages. The Data which is been
posted will create a token and asks the confirmation to the user and after confirming the token it will get
published in the Ethereum network, after the confirmed status from the metamask the data will be posted in the
web page.

Abstract Fishing is one of the chief sources of food and income for almost all coastal lands irrespective of its
geological location in the earth. Since it has an important role to play in the economy of a country, there is no doubt
that neighbouring countries sharing the same oceans frequently engage in disputes in regards to ownership of the
area. This has resulted in deep problems to the fishermen community residing in the coastal regions of these countries.
Often, we hear in the news and see in the papers, one article or the other describing the issues faced by these
fishermen in their day to day commute to the oceans. In order to solve this issue, the governments of these countries
decided to have a common territory of ocean as international waters and that it would act as the region common as
well as a separation between the two lands. But even this did not prevent the fishermen from unknowingly wandering
off into the other country’s waters. Hence, there is a strong need to device methods to prevent this from happening and
save the fishermen from severe punishments and border disputes. Our Model helps to ensure the location of the
fishing boats through a new technology.

Abstract The aim of this project is to develop AR vehicle showcase android app using Unity 3D and Vuforia. A voice
controlled cloud based machine learning AI bot is integrated with wit.ai API. This app will project 3D model of vehicle
in the real world, which makes the user to experience the view of real car showcase. Then by using our voice
commands, the integrated bot will react to perform particular operation like open the car doors, change the colours,
start the engine etc. The traditional way of buying a car is by visiting a car showroom and buying a car of our choice
based on the features and accessories. The work pressure of the customer has been reduced. However, in Augmented
Reality we will be projecting the car through the android application. Therefore, we can see the car in 360 degree in
every angle. Through the projection, the customer gets full satisfaction as they are seeing the car in front of their eyes.
We can also view the car through virtual projection and can alter the car that we want to like changing the color of the
car, changing the alloys of wheels and we can redesign the car in our manner. We will be connecting our project with
wit.ai bot so that it understands the human natural language and it proceeds upon that command. Finally, we can see
our car in the way we want to alter it or view it in format of design.
